Who called from 9192262004

this number calls and says nothing then eventually hangs up.

They called my number and I picked up; seems to be a company dealing with credit card debt.  I am on a do not call list, so why and how did they get my number?

Caller ID says North Carolina they do not leave a message, they have called severasl times and they hang up.

Yesterday (March 9, 2009) I received two calls to my cell phone. Today, March 10, 2009 I have received one call so far.  I don't answer and I called from a land line and my would not through.

They call me everyday in the afternoon every 15 to 20 mins for about 4 hours straight.
