someone called and said they were taking me to court for some bogus [***]..i said fine and they hung up..

Got call from this number even gave me a case # 122096 and 12096 said I had two against me thank God for internet this scared the crap out of me they didn't give company name just their names a Mr Hartman and Mr Brown they called twice.

Received a call about a bad check, ?haven't written a check in probably 10 years and certainly not one that bounced.
Got ugly, called back 6 times today and then called my son at work for info.  Getting close to being illegal.
Next time, I will be smart and ask for info, etc etc and then I'm going to file a grievance with whoever do it. Be careful, they called from 5 different numbers, all the same thing, some numbers from Raleigh, Morrisville and Charlotte.
