In last few days been getting calls (always robo or automated never a real person) that says "We have been trying to reach you concerning an urgent matter. You must return our call immediately or you may stay on the line and an agent will assist you shortly. Please make note of this reference number" [in each case it is the same reference number given even though the calls do not appear to be coming from same phone number or even same area]. I have tried staying on the line, pushing 1 on my phone to immediately speak to someone or letting it go to voice mail and then calling the number they leave for a return call. Not once have I had a human come on to talk to me and my wait has been in excess of 30 minutes when I do try waiting for someone to answer other than an automated system.

They call, leave a message, tell me or my lawyer to call or I will be subject to further action at my place of employment or my home, then they give a case number and a phone number to call, it is all automated. number to call 19192308417.
