Who called from 9192489306

Got a call from this number. Supposedly from social security about my application. She wanted my soc sec number or part of it. Her name was Henley. Very difficult to understand her speech:  both numbers and words. The number she gave to call back was 855-897-4927, ext. 27747

Call back number and extension are legit.

Caller ID reads US GOV'T, but they did not leave message

Just got a call from this number, caller ID said 'US GOVT'. When I picked up, there was no sound on the other end, they ended up hanging up. When I called back, the number was busy.
