Same here on 4/13/15....no message just hangup.

Incoherent message and laughter in the background. Weird.

Hang up when answered.  Tried to call back and no answer or sounds like it goes to fax machine.

This number is a bunch of PAID SOLICITORS to call for the FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION. They don't like taking no for an answer. They also get the majority of the money. I told them to stop calling the first time they called. They have called back twice since then. Just hang up on them.

I received a call from this number on 04/27/2015 in the evening. No message was left. "Raleigh, NC" showed up on my digital screen.
