I didn't answer the unrecognized number. An short empty message was left suggesting some kind of robo-caller. May be legit but may be not.

I did not answer phone, no message left.

Obama Care robo call......

Just received a call from this number, I only answered because it came up as a local number.  It is something about Obamacare.  No thank you!

It was voice a recording saying "Do you know that Obama care plans are more affordable than you think ...". After that I just hung up.
