this T-Mobile caller texted a soliciting message to my cell phone which is on the do not call list PLUS it's illegal in my state to solicite to a cell phone. Reporting this message. I do not give my cell phone number out to businesses so this one is pishing & got my number some how. My cell phone is for emergency use only
