Who called from 9193482900

This is one of those scam calls where someone calls and says they are from a customer service department and shouts at you and asks if you can  hear them. They record you saying yes and try to use your recorded voice to try and sell you something by saying you agreed to it. If someone calls and asks "can you hear me,?" just hang up.

I have learned to just not answer the phone, especially when  the area code is not from  my area. Too many scams, easy to get caught in one
