I received a call from this number, and I was asked about my car. They did not have my name right, but they did know what kind of car I drove. I told them the car was broken, and asked who they were. They hung up. I called back, because I wanted to know who had my information. I asked who they were, and they hung up. I called back a third time, and the person who answered the phone said they could not talk to me because I'd indicated my car was broken--AND if someone called again, I should not admit that. I asked who they were. He said a warranty company, but would not give me an actual name. They may be an actual warranty company, but I don't know why they'd tell people to lie about the condition of their car. I still do not know the name of the company, and that really bothers me.

Complain to your State Attorney General's office. Indiana State Attorney General filed suit against this company in August, putting a restraining order on them to stop calling people in Indiana. Indiana had over 600 complaints on this company. Your state will listen if they get enough complaints, your complaint definity counts. This company stopped calling Indiana, but they are still calling the rest of the states and now starting to call Canada. If every state puts a restraining order on them, they will have no one to call in the US.
Check out what Indiana is doing to them:

The name of this company is Elite Information Solutions out of Casselberry, Florida, but the company is using a UPS store address in Orlando for their principal place of business. Company owner is Michael Hilgar. This company goes by several FAKE names. Here are a few names that they are using: Safeline Medical Alert, Senior Medical Benefits, Senior Medical Advisory, Senior Alert Line, and Senior Safeline.
This morning they were still trying to sell a senior medical alert device. I wish there was some way to alert all seniors. I may start by notifying our local Senior Center. I'm writing this from Arizona.
