I have my own business & have received a call from this agency everyday for almost two weeks. As soon as I answer they hang up. Here is the info on PS Team Agency. It sells BC/BS Insurance, Phone number 919-459-2668, 114 Towerview Ct., Cary NC, 27513-3595, Contact Mr. Vaughn Adams. That is from the BBB (they are not part of the BBB). I intend to call the 2668# & tell them to leave me the hell alone. If that doesn't work I will draft a letter to the Attorney General Consumer Complaints State of North Carolina. I am sick & tired of the robo calls & when I get home there are as many as seven on my home phone from everyone but God himself.
this is a call type center making appointments for agents that represent BlueCrossBlueShield plans in NC, LA, CA and CO. They are a legit company. All they want to do is to set an appointment for an agent to visit you, usually a business, and talk to you about your health insurance. I had someone come to my business here in NC and they saved me a large amount of money. I always thought that a group insuranc e policy foir my small business was the best and cheapest way to provide a benefit for my employees. NOT! Turns out that having individual policies for each of my employees, plus me and my family, are a lot cheaper.
If they call you, it might be in your interest to have someone come to speak with you. They are very professional and this is not a scam. If you don't like what they tell you, send them on their way. It worth a look.
So they are a legit third-party medical insurance sales company who will take a cut of premiums, right? Why give them a cut, why not contact BCBS directly? That is, if we want to even talk to them in the first place.
I also was being called by this number no message no answer on callback, did reverse lookup. PS team in Cary NC. Luckily my phone has the option to go straight to voicemail so I am no longer bothered by them but am sure I will be bothered by who they sell my number to :-(
Called my business number and asked for the owner or manager..I said they were unavailable and asked to take a message. They asked when they would be available and I asked if the call was in reference to
an order. They said no, I asked again to take a message and they said they would call back. I said they would still be unavailable. She hung up.
