PING SCAM USING ABOUT 50+ 551 prefix numbers and saying Zebulon. As soon as you block one, they start calling from the next. There should be a law against this harassment!

i receive a call from 919-551-51-- everyday now. i never answer and block but they continue on another number that starts out with the same above digits. this has been going on for a month or so now.
