Who called from 9195602000

we have missed two calls this evening only 13 minutes apart. Weird thing is it is a new phone provided by a company and was only activated this afternoon.

Same here. Newly activated phone and got this call. Have to assume it's a robocall or something similar until I find out differently.

Looked it up - it's a number from Durham Public Schools. I don't have any kids in the school system, so am guessing that they are robocalling or someone has hijacked the number.
