This is a pre-recorded message that starts by asking if you hate getting pre-recorded message calls. At that point, I hung up. Yes, I am sick and tired of pre-recorded calls on my cell phone using up my limited minutes!!! If my phone plan were free, then I guess I couldn't complain when advertisers call me on it. But, like the rest of you, I pay for my phone minutes, and the only people I authorize to use those minutes of mine are those I choose to give out my phone number to. Anyone else is "stealing" from me because I haven't given them permission to use my minutes. Yes, I'm on the do not call list--but they don't go after individuals (spammers) but only after large companies. These calls never identify a company, but only a person's name (as if they are a personal acquaintance, but in reality, they are perfect strangers.)
