Unlike above, this number was used by a robocaller to try to sell "affordable health care". I hung up too soon to get the name of the caller assuming they ever mentioned it.
.
Received 2 calls from these jerks, triggering my 'remedy' for them... Since then FIVE more which have been fwd'd as noted below...
To wit... Placing their number on my Selective Forwarding List, a feature provided by our carrier [ also referred to as Exclusive Forwarding by some carriers ] which sends any future calls from listed numbers to my present 'favorite crap call recipient' [ see below ]...
FWIW, any of Y'all what got Selective or Exclusive Fwd'n capabilities with your carrier it's a really great way to divert unwanted calls and 'give back' to one of them AHs who's been particularly annoying to ya... like one of the organizations officer's direct nos. [ several of which have been dug up and posted in some of the threads on this site ]... or to say your State's AG's Consumer Affairs Office, or yer congresscritter... or any of the several nos. that have REAL TM'r persons calling like certain 'local' non-profit outfits [ that are SCAMMERS IMO, as they typically pass only VERY small %'s along to the purported recipients ]... you get the idea... ';)
To be really effective you need to choose a 'recipient' for the Fwd'd calls that is at a real number, answered by a real person or answering machine / voice mail.
After NUMEROUS calls from THOROUGHBRED RE using FOUR different outgoing nos. at that time, who's called out in many threads on this site where several of their officer's direct nos. were posted, and after confirming they were all legit nos. to the real individuals, I selected one of them, who 'took my crap calls' for me for over a year, til I finally let him off the hook and went on to some more deserving scammers... And I know they're getting the fwd'd calls based on my carriers detailed Call Logs, which shows the 'Blocked / Fwd'd' nos. incoming and the present 'favorite crap call recipient' no. outgoing with the same time stamp... All of course with no ring on my end... Heheheheheheh...
Perhaps someone can dig up some of this company's officer's numbers for a lil payback... may already be listed elsewhere on this site, but I don't have time nor need at this time to follow that up... leave it to Y'all...
A return call to this number [ from a CID / CNAM Blocked phone ] Gets an outgoing msg, 'The no. you have dialed is not answering, please try later.'
So what happens when you forward it and your phone number comes up on the caller ID instead of the person calling you? How soon before they get annoyed and send law enforcement knocking at your door. You have been posting this drivel for a while. Give it a rest because it make you look like an even bigger fool than you really are.
An excellent question BigA. When I see "geniuses", like this guy here, spouting their garbage I often ask myself if they have even the slightest idea about how call forwarding works. Some of us know about how to actually use it to our advantage but the last thing we'd do is clue some idiot in on how to really do it. Knowledge can be a dangerous thing in the hands of those that shouldn't even be capable of gaining access to the internet...
Live Well.
