Who called from 9196479755

Collect from what the operator said it was a jail. I did not accept

Got a collect call from what the operator said was from a jail.

I received the same voice message this morning at 9:31am. I did not accept call. Couldn't recognize name of correctional facility. Not happy !

I received a voice massage from inmate this morning at 9:31am. Didn't recognize voice nor the name of the correctional facility he was calling from . But I did find out that his name is Gwen Bennette.

Same thing, call from unnamed correctional facility asking for my credit card information.  I don't know anyone in jail.
