We are under Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and they still call at least twice a day. We never answer phone for unknown numbers until they start to leave a message so we know who it is.  They never leave a message, so finally, I called the number to see who answered, then blocked it.

I wish we could collect from them for their blatant disregard of US Bankruptcy protection laws, but to take them to court, we need a lawyer & if we could afford a lawsuit, we wouldn't be in bankruptcy
