I received call from Patricia she wanted to verify my personal information including my SS# I asked her full name and company she just talked over me and said they had a subpoena to give me upon further research I found this name associated with the number Shirlena Davis, 831 Merrimon Rd Beaufort NC
I am unsure if it truly also so post that said someone in Goldsboro NC at any rate I've contacted the NC Attorney General I advise anyone who gets a call from this person to do so as well.
I got several harassing phone calls from this number claiming to have a file on me. I asked them what file, they were very rude and starting asking me for personal information and my address. They will not tell me what this is about. They have been calling me and harassing me to call some 800 #. I have reported this number to the police. when detective brown called the number, it went to a asnwering machine. They would not give there company name or phone number.
I got the same harassing phone call from this nunmber claiming to have a file on me as well and to call an #800 number. My phone is a private phone so I am not sure how they got my number.
My in-laws received harassing phone calls from this number in regards to myself and was told I would be picked up if I did not take care of this issue immediately. A few minutes later she called telling my husband I would be served and she was an investigator. I tried calling her and she did not answer. I will try again later and post an update.
I just had someone call me from this number as well. They were asking for a Theodore Jamison. When I stated that I didn't know this person, they said he had left my number as a contact number and they even mentioned my name. Then they hung up on me. I tried to call back and got a recording stating that the investigation unit was not accepting calls and that the mailbox was full. Weirdness!! I don't know this person and how in the hell did they get my cell phone number??

I got a call from this number and as they said to Paula they told me to call a 800#. They told me charges were being brought against me, they even called my mother with this foolishness. I called a debt harrassment company because I was unsure of what this number was being that they will not say there company or why they are calling. The person I spoke with stated that this sounds like a collection call from an old pay day loan company and if I did not have one of them that it was a scammer and to call my local attorney general. He stated that he has been in the business for years and when they get calls describing what I did it is either one of the two.
Either way do not give out anything personal about yourself, if it is a legit claim or "charge" they have all of that information. Just wanted to help if I could.
