This number called me this morning at 5:00 AM then again at 6:00 AM. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was refused. I could hardly understand what they were saying. When I told him to remove my number from their call list he just laughed and said "talk to you again soon"

Block - learn to block, don't pick up any of these calls. Legislation/Action needs to be taken against these people.. Check w/ your phone company - typically you can block so many numbers for a period of time.
Considering they are calling on times of day - they might be in another country and doing this from overseas.
Today, I picked up and said - Issue w/ my computer? Really, I'm a computer engineer. They hung up on me as soon as I said "You've been reported and recorded on my line."
This number calls my house alot and the guy ask me out it's crazy and I ask where r you calling me from and he said India crazy and now I have a phone stalker
I receive calls daily and at all hours but have always ignored them until this morning. I finally answered and spoke with a male who had an Indian accent talking about my Windows program in my computer. I assured him that was not possible as I didn't own a computer. That shut him up and he hung up. Now I can jus thope and pray he removes my number from their calling list since they call daily.
