This number used to be a Hospice Care organization in Wake County, NC, but evidently it has been coopted by someone who is phishing for live numbers.  Do not answer and do not let your voicemail pick up or the bot monitoring the calls will note it as a live number and sell it to other spammers and scammers, starting the cycle all over again.
