They don't leave a message and call very often. Annoying. States call is from Raleigh, NC. I now have several other "no message" numbers calling me. Figured I am now on the "live person" list for telemarketers.

after I found some one tried to sell/rent our house which showing in CA so I reported our local police and posted warning in Zillow and craigslist. then I kept receive 9197908786 phone calls without ending and also received adv. texts which hacked my cell phone.
I'm not sure caused by the person pretended as owner tried to sell/rent our ouse or the company selling health insurance related that I tried to replace Obama health care. can't figure out what else may cause it.
I didn't buy it because still have to pay Obama penalty and can't trust whether the health plan as good as I was told, what if I misunderstood or was cheated. so many bad things happened since bloody wars really can't trust any sales including bloody doctors any more.
