With all the scams going around, I let the machine answer first. This one hung up during the message, so there had to be a real person at the end of it. I looked it up and only know it's a Windstream Communications landline phone from Raleigh, NC. So it's either a scam, telemarketer, or survey taker. Either way, not one I will answer in the future.
I received a call from this number at 8:49 pm. The caller left no message. I don't answer calls from unknowns or numbers I do no recognize. Raleigh, NC came up on the caller id.
