I kept getting calls throughout the day. They finally left a recording saying it's not a telemarketer and is Verizon Wireless. Next time they called, I answered and was asked if I could authorize a payment for my Verizon account. I said I already made a final payment on my account and asked for clarification of what the charge was for. The lady on the phone said she didn't know and would transfer me to customer service. She said she's only with collections. The line went silent then cut off. Seems like a scam.
