Who called from 9198630689

Presumably Absolute Collection Service. I get a call daily at about 5:00-5:30 pm, and no one is on the other end. One time, they asked for my brother-in-law, who has the same initial and last name as my husband. The calls with no one on the other end are extremely annoying though, especially during our dinner hour.

Called 10 times in a single hour! whats the Government doing?

Collection agency...not sure which one...

Calls frequently, never answers, never leaves messages. Caller unknown, purpose unknown, response impossible. This constitutes harrassment, if this is a creditor, they should read the S.C. statutes on Fair Credit Practices.
