Just answered it. He said he was from News & Observer. Had us down as not receiving the paper and wanted to know if that was correct. I told him we were getting it and he said they were just updating the routes. I hung up, and then felt suspicious...I rarely answer my home phone anymore, and this is why.
I missed the call from that number, and no voicemail was left. i called the number back and no answer. A machine with an English accent said " there is no one to answer your call, please call back later"
