This call was my third back-to-back call. I still had my customer in front of me, but I answered and the guy said, "I think we got disconnected." I told him we were disconnected on purpose and please do not call again.
Again, the phone rang immediately, and I had to turn my ringer off on my base phone and take the battery out of my cordless. This post will be continued to the third number they called me on (919-875-4165).
