I receive phone calls from this number between 11pm and 1am EST. It is always a Spanish speaking individual and they hang up when I answer. When I call the number back there is a message in English telling me to enjoy the music while I wait, then Hispanic music plays and a Spanish person picks up says hello or just hangs up immediately.
