continuous calls, as if on a dialing machine. After salutation caller speaks in low voice and makes obscene remarks

Caller at phine number 919-940-4717 calls over and over again and spews profanity and breathes on phone explicitley!

Yeah! if I findout who this is Im gonna rip his ears off!

Received a call from 919-940-4717 at 2:47 AM;  by the time I got to the phone, the ringing had stopped so I cannot comment on what the called would have said.  Just to let everyone know that the caller is still active.
