Someone from the University of North Carolina wanted me to participate in a "brief health survey."

Call to answering machine from a male stating he was from UNC-CH & involved with research project.  Offered $10 to participate. Didn't answer.

Wanted me to participate in a survey.  Offering 20$. I found myself too  busy once they offered that. When a stranger calls and talkes money, I'm off the phone.
