Answered as I was expecting a call from tow truck driver. Male person asked if I was Mrs. (My name). I said "yes."  Connection very broken after that. Couldn't understand what he was saying, but no accent. Sounded American. Checked this site. Blocked number.

call from 925-145-1352. I did not answer and they left no message. ID'd as "Name Not Found"

Con artist. Don't answer. Don't call back.  There is no 145 prefix in the 925 area code.
