Some people have had success by calling the headquarters number (of A1 Solar Power) with the request to remove their numbers from A1 Solar Power''s internal "Do Not Call" list:
Decided to answer today. A very polite young women whom I confused by asking too m any questions. One of those government incentive schemes... . and would cost me absolutely nothing to have evaluation and if I qualified to have solar installed. she talked about National Renewable Energy Center and did mention somewhere i the conversation A1 Solar Power. I responded that if there was such a program surely I could find information about it on the internet. She said if I would like to do a search for information I could do that and she would call me later to set up the appointment. Well, I searched... and it is A1 Solar, and there is no free government program "there are no free lunches"... I could only find, as I suspected, that there are possibly government tax incentives which I have no need of. I don't have enough money to benefit from tax incentives nor pay for solar installation which I can't afford either. When the young woman calls back, I will ask to be taken off the list.
P. S. I tried to call the number 925-201-6134 back and operator said I had reached a number that had been disconnected. If its disconnected how can it keep calling us?!
Also I have found that the Do Not Call Lists are worthless... I still get all kinds of robo and telemarketing calls.
This number calls me repeatedly. The caller is trying to sell me solar services. It's a different person every time and even though I tell them to stop calling, they say they have no issues logged and say they will. But the next time they just call again with a different person. If I do not pick up, they leave no message and just keep calling.
They also claim they are Pacific Gas and Electric Company, but I work for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and I know this to be an absolute lie.
