Called at 1847, 10/21. When I answered, woman said Hello, I said Hello, she said Hello, I said Hello, then she hung up. Lots of noise in background.

Returned call....unknown number

This is crap.....this is happening now more often than not.....I am on a now call list but somehow these people are scamming and getting through...what the hell is wrong with this picture.......I am also getting same kind of calls from 166 # stating I requested a contractor for work.....will not give name of company or their name.....I just wonder how much info they get "if" you do answer and confront them......I am not going to respond in future but giving this information on the internet really doesn't matter as it continues and probably will be ongoing.  Who would help all of us? Right.....no answer...................................................

"Isaac" from "Renewable Energy Center" stated that he was calling PG&E customers about electric rates.  I told him he was in violation of the Do Not Call list and hung up on him.
