I keep getting a call from this number as well. When I let it go to voicemail they don't leave a message. If I answer then they hang up. I also have a loan with Fireside. If this is them why isn't it in their best interest to talk to me or why call at all??? I think they need a consultant on how to do business!
Fireside bank is harassing people even when they make payment arrangements...its frustrating even though you still pay them all the fees, offer deferred payment and it would relieve some of the anguish...
How did you get them to make arrangements with you? My DH has been laid off since last August and from then til now they claim they don't make arrangements. We are supposed to release vehicle to them today.
