Called twice trying to steal personal information. A robo message keep repeating did you get the free tickets for hearing aid, over and over. Then, they ask for your address, name and credit card just to scam innocent people. Already reported this the police.
My cell phone has been called from 925-203-3531 three times in 13 months.
03/15/2013 Caller said they were from The Hearing Aid Center. I told them they had the wrong number and not call back.
11/22/2013 I ignored this call.
04/15/2014 I ignored this call but called 925-203-3531 back. It's a voicemail system that answers that they are "The Hearing Aid Center." Google for "203-3531" "Hearing Aid" gets no hits other than sites like this one.
They ask you to enter the four digit extension of an associate or 0001. I tried 0001 but it says that's not available and drops into a voicemail box for you to leave a message. I tried to reach a human without success. Dialing # puts the system in a mode where it probably expects a PIN as it soon hangs up.
Google for "The Hearing Aid Center" finds a number of hearing aid shops using that name but none of them are near area code 925.
I believe the phone number I have was formerly used by an older person based on the calls about hearing aids and once a call from the Rossmoor retirement community in Walnut Creek.
