They can call me why?

got a couple calls no messages left. just curious. probly robo

third call today...doesn't leave a message...how do these people get my # even when it's listed on the do not call list...annoying...

just got a call from this number.  U called back..some music starts playing then asks me to leave a msge.         Im just going to block the number.
