This is a SCAM for "Teeth Whitening" - you go on one of their satellite website for the "free trial," the SECOND YOU ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER - WITHOUT CONFIRMING THE PURCHASE they grab it an charge it twice - "for shipping" It is only when you click to the "Terms and conditions" page (without confirming) that you see they are going to bill you $90 / month "unless you cancel within 7 days." I immediately clicked off the browser - WITHOUT CONFIRMING/SUBMITTING the Credit Card. I did not see the charges until they hit my bank - I had to call my bank and cancel my card. The bank (hopefully) will be successful in getting the money refunded. I had to take in screen shots of their web scam - along with articles of State filed lawsuits for the scams. DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL.

Califonia ph. no. used for 2 different issues for us. One as solicitation for Canadian phone co. TELUS and second as a supervisor cust. serv. for a Skin Simple Youth / Neoderm / other various central phone center cos. Call center area code 1-800-868-1570 is fromTrinidad and Tobago. No hardcopy evidence provided by the co. (ie. invoices, emails, order confirmations, tracking numbers for shipments. Use your credit card co. to file a dispute with the vendors. Vendor has 45 days to provide evidence of the sale or transaction. Failure to provide evidence will result in cancellation of the transaction by the credit card co. and funds will be withdrawn from vendors' accounts by the credit card co. Yeah ! Google the contact info to show a picture of the vendor's locations. The Fulfilment Center address was a US postal outlet in Tampa, FL and the corp. HQ is a tiny house in Lafayette, IN. Their all over the place. Package received show ZIP code for lots of cos. operating out of St. Petersburg, FL. Format of contact info on websites are very similar in style/layout. Likely one large group operating under various names and opening new ones and closing old ones.

I have talked to my card issuer and now I will have help in getting my money back.
