Energy investment scam lead hunter (or natural gas seller) of some sort.
First call from this number - caller ID just said 'California'.
Woman asked for me by name and said it was not a marketing call, just updating their information.
She wanted me to verify where I lived - instead I asked what company this is that is calling.
She said they represented a group of oil and gas companies in Texas, and continued with her 'script' to 'update their file'.
When I insisted on knowing the name of the company that she works for that claims to have a 'file' on me - she hung up.
Scum of some sort.
a woman using this number called my mother. she asked for her by name and when my mom confirmed, this woman said " i'm gay! " and hung up.
appears this is a valid number belonging to an older gent with initials of HG in antioch, CA.
so "Ms. I'm Gay" is spoofing someone's number to extol her sexual preferences…….Hey lady--NO ONE CARES! don't you have something better to do?
