Robo-call for a legal referral service. A$$ clowns calling to see if you have taken any medications that are now or soon to be in some type of class action law suit.
They gave another contact number of 925-232-2776 after I pressed an option to speak to a live operator - who turned out to be some 'screener' that would then pass you off to some law firm for additional fleecing.
Who in their right mind would use a scummy attorney referral service like this and expect to be treated fairly and honestly?
Illegal robo call
HIPPA violations
failure to properly identify the calling company
providing FAKED caller ID info
and many other FTC, FCC violations
The number shows as a Texas location, but the caller claimed to be in NYC. Could actually have been in India for all I know.
Seems like this 'lawyer referral service' might find itself in need of some quality representation before too long.
