Caller let phone ring 2 times then hung up.
Getting too many calls for sign up for health care.
Deadline to sign up one recording stated was 1/31/17.
If deadline was then (or sooner), you can't sign up & it's too late, yet they still call wanting your info.
Scammers is more like it.
