Got a call saying Google business listing was about to expire, press one to keep listing and some other number to allow it to expire.  Reluctantly, I pressed one and after a few seconds got a dial tone.

Same call saying google, i pressed 9 to be removed from list... probably should have hung up, who knows, I may have just ordered a carton of raw eggs from Zimbabwe for pressing 9...
