Who called from 9252692023

I keep getting calls from this number and it sounds like a fax machine on my VM. They call every week day.

This number would call me several times a day back to back. Then they stopped calling me. Today I got 2 back to back phone calls with no message left. Finally, I wanted to find out who was calling me. When I googled the number there was no information. So I called the number back. The recording said "about your health insurance inquire". They are related to a health insurance company.
