CID says "out of area".  No message. Incessant caller.

caller id says "out of the area" even though we are in the 925 area code, i think the message was a annoying political call.

Persistant caller which will not leave a message. They called several times a day and we have it blocked after one ring.
Tried calling back and no answer, constant ringing.  I have my suspicions which Political Party it may be (after I moved into a new home I changed my voter registration with my new number). This is annoying.  I am tempted to re-register and put in a non-working number.

Some jerks are calling from Hors Zone offering 35 heater vent cleanings.. scam.. mom set an appointment for tomorrow at 3 so i will call the police for an intervention and see what comes of it!!! SCAMMERS!!!
