I too received an e-mail from these scum bags asking me to pay $986.45 or else perhaps have a date with the devil himself! The phone listed in th e-mal is 925-271-6125. I wish the Repubicans please confirm the person who will be in-charge of this Consumer Protection Agency, so that these mother f...... will be sent to jail!!
Irecieved several calls from this phone number, but also recieved an Email from them telling me I am going to be sued for a loan of $300.00 that is total with fees of $946.00 and if it goes to court it will cost me between $4500.00-$5000.00 for court cost and such. They say they are with CASH NET USA but I have a $350.00 dollar loan that I have been paying.What can I do? they say they have my social sercurity number, signed copies of the loan.
i received an email from this company as well. they said they were with cash advance and it was for a loan of $300 that i got in august of 2011. i did receive 2 payday loans in august 2011 but 1 has been completely pd in full and the other i just spoke with the rep yesterday and set up for the payment. once i told the guy that i had already paid the loan back, he said 'maybe the creditor has some wrong information' and stated he would email me back. this is a scam and there is nothing to worry about. i received calls from people before talking about payday loans that were outstanding and that i was going to be sued for 1000's of dollars and if i didnt do anything by the following monday i would be taken to jail, well i wasnt. they tell me all i can do is wish you luck. all they want is your bank account information
Their was an email sent to my job stating i owed $986.45 with an account number. The email said if i did not call and settle this matter they would report it to my job and then it would cost me with going to court and attorney fees over $4000. They never said what it was concerning or nothing. They used the 925-271-6125 phone number. I don't own anyone. Dont know who or what this is concerning. WATCH FOR THESE CALLS>
