No message left. When I called, it was a weird kind of beep tone, but more for something like a machine. But not a fax tone. Don't know anyone in Livermore CA.

No message left. When I called back, would ring once, then the call disconnected. Called from a different phone. Rang twice, then got an auto message the number had been mis-dialed. I did not dial wrong. My phones shows dialed numbers. Blocked the number again. It didn't take last time.
