These damn INDIANS from INDIA or somewhere over there keep calling my house with a BOGUS lie about a supposed loan I took out saying they have a case against me and if I dont pay them 400 plus dollars today they will have the police come pick me up! They even gave me the name and address of a real court house but that was their mistake cause I called the court house and they have NO case against me not to mention I havent been served with any papers or anything for a court date and I NEVER took out any loan from any company! Truth is my credit is so shot I couldnt get a loan if I had cash in my hand to back it up! LOL.. Sad but true.. Anyway I called them back, they say they are a lawfirm which is also a lie cause the woman I talked to at the court house said she knows all the lawyers in their town and their isnt one by the name they gave.. Also I have had these people call me from several other numbers which I posted on here as well. Scary part is they have my FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.. And i dont know how to stop this?
they won't stop calling me either!! we called the number back and harrassed him back- makes thing worse. he will not stop calling- i blocked his phone # with my cell phone co. thru easy edge but- it still beeps and says i have a missed call..... right now 29 missed calls
I get this all the time. They are a scam group. What they do is , they hack into payday websites etc. Then they have all your info. SS #, Date of birth etc. NEVER GIVE ANY IF TO THEM OR AGREE WITH THEM ON ANYTHING .Here are some things you can do:
*When they call you answer the phone and tell them you are recording this phone call and tracing it, let them know you will be giving this to you Attorney Generals Office and the FBI. Keep a call record of when they call and all the fake names they've used. File a complaint at the Attonery Generals Office.http://www.ag.ny.gov/...for your state just switch out NY with your state abbreviation.
I also bought for my blackberry a call blocker it is great. Its called iBlocker Pro. Get it. It will allowed you to block all calls even if they are from unavailable, private or made up numbers.
It scares me that they have my social, they are saying I owe them money. Umm no, I dont. I told them to send me the info in the mail and I'll show my attorney. They never sent the info and they still continue to call.
