Same thing has happened twice so far, the number calls, hangs on for a bit and hangs up without a word. I swaer I heard breathing

Blocked a call from this # on 06.09.17 at 7:50 pm. Whitepages.com previously described this # as VoIP coming from Antioch, CA and flagged it as a "Scam or Fraud".
