I answered the call and said "hello? hello?" On my third hello I noticed the line was dead. MAN these calls are annoying. I recognize this as a cell phone prefix in the California Bay Area, BTW. Just for grins I called the number back and got their voice mail and I didn't leave a message, so there. Another number for my blocked list.
