Who called from 9252917358

I blocked my caller ID and called this number.  Recorded message answered identifying the caller as "American Pro Energy" and inviting the caller to press 2 if interested in solar.  Google search revealed that this company was sued in 2015 in a class action suit for violating spam phone call laws.

called but did not leave a message.

Guy named Leo called said he was from PG & E, I hung up on him.

more calls from this bozo....  no messages left...
