calls then hangs up when answered...call back goes immediately to a voicemail

Same thing no voice message received then I call back and straight to voice recording.
Tiered of it stressful to deal with.

Why are they calling

This number keeps calling my husband's cell phone - when he is sleeping, when he is at class, when he is at work.  All of our numbers are on the do not call list so we should not be receiving any solicitations whatsoever.  They've called 6 times in the last three days (just filed complaints with the DNC list for 21 calls from this and other spoofed numbers over the last 3 days).  Very frustrating.

Just called.  Can't that number be shut down?
