The man that called by phone was rude and very disrespectful to the fullest.  I could not talk nor was I able to understand what he was really inquiring about.  I am asking that this number be report as a safety issue for me because of the abusive language along with the harassment.  He said it was a debt but I went to court and there was no finding so, why is there a sum owe.
