Who called from 9253075802

They said that their company is "Smart Construction". They hung up when I said that I'm on a do not call list.  If they call again I'll waste their time by having them come out to my house for a quote

said they were from SR Construction and hung up when I told them I was the daughter of the name on the landline. I tried to call back to get more info since they were super sketchy but it said 'the party cannot be reached'

If you do that then they will probably inundate you with follow-up calls to  schedule the work.

hammered my phone (5 call attempts in 2 minutes)

Called and left no message.  Most likely originates from Contra Costa area as indicated above.
